Terms

• Only fully vacinated pets are accepted

• Full boarding day fee is charged on day of arrival and departure

• All bookings subject to a deposit

• Full payment due on collection of pet

• Payment by cash or cheque accepted

• Only cats from the same household can share a pen

• Medicines will only be given if accompanied by Veterinary instructions

• Out of hours drop-off/collection is strictly by arrangement only

• Prices include food, water, bed, bedding, heating and care

• Should Veterinary attention be required all costs are the responsibility of the pet owner and must be settled in full upon collection
