What if my pet is currently receiving medical treatment?
Only fully vaccinated pets are accepted and Medicines will only be given to pets if accompanied by Veterinary instructions.

What if my pet needs veterinary care?
Should your pet fall ill and veterinary attention be required all costs are the responsibility of the pet owner and must be settled in full upon collection.
Are you able to collect and return our pet, and what out of hours options do you have?
A collection / delivery service is available - please ask for details. Out of hours drop-off/collection is strictly by arrangement only.
Will my pet need to share a pen with someone else's pet?
No. Your pet can only share a pen with pets from the same household. If you only require boarding for one pet it will be given a single pen. This applies to all pets boarding at Ridgeway Bank Cattery.
What is included in your boarding fees?
Our prices include food, water, bed, bedding, heating and care.
My pet has special dietary needs - would I be able to supply my own pet food?
Yes you can bring your own pet food as long as this is accompanied by your feeding instructions, however we cannot offer any reductions in our pricing.
Can we inspect your facilities before we make a booking?
We encourage and welcome visitors within our normal opening hours to inspect our facilities and talk about your pet's individual requirements.
